Bring your HR expertise to Gateway Casinos & Entertainment as a Regional Manager of Human Resources. This full-time role requires advanced skills in labour relations and strategic HR oversight across multiple casino sites.

As a seasoned HR professional, you will implement and manage HR programs, providing coaching and guidance to site leaders. With at least 8 years of HR experience, including management, you will enhance recruitment processes and promote employee satisfaction throughout the organization. Your critical thinking skills will aid in interpreting policies and managing employee relations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct recruitment efforts from needs analysis to hiring

• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees

• Implement HR programs driving employee engagement

• Manage HR metrics and risk assessment practices

• Address and mentor on employee relations and grievances

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of HR experience with 3 years in management

• Proven experience in handling unionized workplace issues

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation capabilities

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel necessary
