LifeLabs HR Consultant Role

Become an integral part of Life Labs as an HR Consultant specializing in employee and labour relations. This role combines strategic support with compliance guidance in a vibrant work environment.

As an HR Consultant at Life Labs, you will report to the Manager of Employee/Labour Relations & HR Consulting and provide essential advisory services to people managers. Your expertise will guide the resolution of workplace challenges and ensure adherence to employment legislation and company policies. You'll collaborate with HR leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise managers on employee relations and performance issues

• Support grievance handling and conflict resolution efforts

• Conduct investigations of HR-related complaints

• Develop metrics to assess effectiveness of initiatives

• Collaborate on training and resource development for leaders

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as an HR Consultant

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• CHRP/CHRL designation

• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
