Specsavers Canada seeks a visionary Vice President of Professional Recruitment to lead recruitment strategy, at-scale attraction, and onboarding of Joint Venture Partners and a strong pipeline of Optometrists and talent across Canada.
You will partner with Retail, Property, Professional Marketing and Clinical teams to enable new store growth, build workforce plans, and drive long-term success while leading the Associate Recruitment function to attract, engage and retain top talent.
