We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team on a full-time contract basis
. This is a remote role based in Ontario, Canada
, with an immediate start preferred.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across software engineering, data, product, AI, sales, and other functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates using Linked In, job boards, Boolean search, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen candidates and assess technical experience, communication skills, and role fit.
• Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity within the ATS.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver qualified candidates quickly.

Requirements

• Experience in technical recruitment or technology talent sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Previous startup recruitment experience is preferred.
• Must be based in Ontario and available to join immediately.
