Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workplace investigations and resolutions

• Design and implement training tailored to team needs

• Manage HR policies and performance management processes

• Present HR insights and reports to leadership

• Collaborate on strategic HR projects across teams
Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR experience, particularly in gaming or tech

• Strong HRIS knowledge, especially BambooHR

• Proven ability to manage employee relations cases

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Enthusiasm for supporting people, ideally in a gaming context
