Full-Time Human Resources Internship

Under the guidance of the Human Resources Advisor, the intern will manage essential documentation and employee records while coordinating recruitment and onboarding initiatives. This position offers valuable exposure to HR operations within a culturally rich First Nation context, strengthening your professional skills and understanding of Indigenous community dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage HR documentation effectively
• Coordinate all recruitment and onboarding activities
• Assist with employee training and benefits programs
• Maintain smooth HR operations for optimal employee experience
• Promote a culture of respect, community, and identity
Requirements:
• Must identify as Indigenous (First Nation, Metis, Inuit)
• New to the workforce or recently transitioning careers
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
• Education in Human Resources or a related field
