As a key member of the Human Resources team at Neighbourly Pharmacy, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business units, implementing HR strategies to enhance performance. Your responsibilities will include supporting talent development, managing employee relations, and analyzing HR metrics to drive business success. Your proactive approach will foster a positive workplace that engages employees effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals
• Support new employee onboarding processes
• Foster a positive workplace culture
• Conduct confidential internal investigations
• Coach management on performance issues
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources
• 2-4 years of HR experience, especially in employee relations
• Valid driver's license required for travel
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
