Key Responsibilities:

• Coach leaders on employee engagement and performance outcomes

• Manage HR programs and leadership training initiatives

• Lead discussions in collective agreement negotiations

• Oversee compliance with employment legislation

• Drive change management initiatives across the organization

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience

• Degree or certification in Human Resources is preferred

• In-depth knowledge of employee relations and labor laws

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Experience in retail or multi-disciplinary HR environments is an asset
