In this permanent position, you will be an essential advisor to various leaders in a highly unionized environment. With 5 to 8 years of experience in labour relations, your role includes performance management, attendance management, and return-to-work planning. Collaborate with union representatives to resolve grievances, navigate organizational changes, and provide practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise leaders on labour relations and employee issues
• Interpret collective agreements and manage grievances
• Lead workplace investigations and performance reviews
• Support attendance management and accommodations
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• 5-8 years in a Labour Relations role within unions
• Proficient in employment legislation and practices
• CPHR designation preferred
• Exceptional judgment and stakeholder management skills
