Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees
• Manage employee benefits and workplace incidents
• Lead HR programs and policy updates

• Analyze HR metrics for informed decision-making
Requirements:
• 3-6 years HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business
• Strong understanding of Canadian employment laws
• Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis
• Excellent judgement and coaching skills
