A boutique tax law practice is seeking to retain two experienced Canadian tax lawyers on a part-time, independent contractor basis. Candidates will support corporate and international tax planning as well as tax litigation. Responsibilities include advising on tax matters, drafting documents, and conducting audits with clients. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in tax planning and experience with CRA audits.

This role offers flexible compensation structures and requires being well-versed in complex tax issues.
