Job Summary
The Finance and IT Department plays a central role in supporting effective, transparent, and modern municipal operations. This position provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic organization with a hybrid work environment.

In accordance with BC’s Pay Transparency Act, the expected compensation range for this role is $201,479 - $222,141, plus benefits and pension. This range is based on the 2024 rates.

We recognize and respect that New Westminster is on the unceded and unsurrendered land of the Halkomelem-speaking peoples. We acknowledge that colonialism has made invisible their histories and connections to the land. As a city, we are learning and building relationships with the people whose lands we are on.

Diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism are core values for the City of New Westminster. The City encourages applications from all qualified individuals, including women, Indigenous people, persons with disabilities, visible minorities, people of all sexual orientations and gender identities and expressions, and others who may contribute to the further diversification of our organization.
