You will guide the NOSC team, ensuring all communications, monitoring, and support operations run smoothly. Focused on developing team members, you will also uphold security standards through accurate logging and documentation processes as well as compliance checks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and performance at the NOSC
• Coordinate alarm verification and incident escalation
• Monitor security events and operational issues
• Provide onboarding and training for new operators
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' industry experience
• 1+ year supervisory experience in a SOC
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Licensed security worker in BC preferred
