As the Lead Manager in this role, you will develop and manage comprehensive training initiatives that facilitate product adoption among more than 300 clients across North America. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure training aligns with the latest product developments and client needs, driving effective use of innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage training programs for customer and internal teams
• Develop enduring learning materials and effective curricula
• Deliver training through diverse formats, such as events and webinars
• Collaborate with Customer Success to improve retention strategies
• Partner with cross-functional teams for best training practices
Requirements:
• Over 5 years' experience in training development in tech
• Proven ability to design and deliver successful training programs
• Strong understanding of customer success processes
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong verbal communication ability for complex concepts
Lead impactful training initiatives that enhance customer engagement and product success.
