As an Office Manager, you will be essential to the success of our Concrete Restoration operations. Your responsibilities will cover proposal reviews, equipment management, and logistics support for out-of-town projects. You will ensure smooth communication between our office and on-site crew, facilitating project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in reviewing project proposals for accuracy
• Provide logistical support for traveling project crews
• Manage inventory of tools and equipment on site
• Address crew issues and concerns as they arise
• Track and manage accounts payable processes
Requirements:
• 2+ years in construction or administrative roles
• Familiarity with contract document management
• Strong organization and attention to detail required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with software like Netsuite and Raken preferred
