Become BCAA's Assistant Manager for the Road Assist Fleet, a vital role based in Burnaby. Lead a dedicated team while ensuring operational efficiency and customer excellence.
This Regular Full-Time role welcomes someone with effective supervisory experience in the automotive industry. You will oversee the performance of Fleet Technicians, manage daily operations, and foster a culture of safety and top-tier service among team members while meeting customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate Fleet Technicians
• Enforce a safety-centric culture with roadside visits
• Maintain accountability for service and towing KPIs
• Promote engagement and teamwork among staff
• Step in to assist Fleet Drivers during high demand
Requirements:
• 3+ years automotive experience with supervision
• Diploma in management or equivalent qualifications
• Red Seal certification in Automotive Mechanical
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• BC Driver Licence Class 5 or higher
