Reporting directly to the Associate Vice President, this pivotal role encompasses designing programs, managing fraud investigations, and providing comprehensive reports to stakeholders. Collaborate across teams to implement effective education programs and recommendations on fraud management within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the design of fraud prevention initiatives
• Oversee fraudulent conduct investigations
• Provide strategic recommendations to Executive teams
• Collaborate on fraud education and awareness programs
• Assess fraud risk levels and management strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree related to Law or Risk Management
• Significant experience leading fraud-related programs
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Proven ability to engage with senior management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
Utilize your expertise in fraud prevention to impact BC Housing’s operational integrity and effectiveness.
