Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs through job analysis and performance reviews

• Design and implement company-wide training plans

• Deliver engaging learning experiences via various learning methods

• Lead onboarding and technical training sessions

• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in training

• Experience in aviation or aerospace industries

• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern learning methods

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in French and English, written and spoken
