Advanced Pump Repair (APR) is seeking a technically strong Operations Manager to oversee our shop floor and field service operations. You will provide daily direction to machinists, pump mechanics, and support labor while ensuring efficient and safe work execution. The position requires keen leadership and mechanical knowledge to manage workflow, performance metrics, and optimize staffing.

Key Responsibilities:
