We seek an organized individual with over three years of operations management experience in transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure seamless workflow across departments daily
• Implement operational procedures and monitor team performance
• Lead and support department supervisors and staff
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and resources efficiently
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve strategic goals
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years management experience in transportation
• Strong leadership skills and team-oriented mindset
• Proven communication and multitasking capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems
• Class 4 Unrestricted license preferred
