Afternoon Warehouse Supervisor

Position: Afternoon Warehouse Supervisor at Core-Mark
Lead warehouse operations with Core-Mark as an Afternoon Warehouse Supervisor. Oversee safety and efficiency while enhancing the customer experience in a supportive environment.

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will supervise employees to ensure safe and productive warehouse operations. This role requires effective leadership and communication skills to support team members consistently. You will monitor workflows, assist in hiring, and train associates to cultivate a culture of safety and quality within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with warehouse associates under the Warehouse Manager

• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse employees

• Collaborate with team leads on personnel movement

• Monitor supplies and coordinate replenishment efforts

• Ensure equipment is operational and coordinate repairs

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of supervising in a warehouse

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems

• Certification for operating material handling equipment

• A business degree or equivalent experience preferred
