Deliver exceptional planning and coordination for the 2026 Healthy Aging Summit as the Lead Coordinator s temporary position offers an opportunity to shape discussions on healthy aging in a hybrid event setting.
Working closely with the Director of Healthy Aging, you will guide the planning and execution of the Summit taking place from October 26-29, 2026. You will lead discussions, manage various sub-committees, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders. Your leadership will be essential in crafting a comprehensive event strategy that meets the needs of over 500 delegates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning committee timelines and deliverables
• Facilitate meetings and prepare agendas effectively
• Coordinate logistics with external vendors and sponsors
• Create engaging content and workshops for participants
• Implement evaluation frameworks to assess event impact
Requirements:
• 2-year diploma or certification in a relevant field
• Three years of experience in managing large events
• Knowledge in working with CBSS organizations
• Strong project management and budgeting skills
• Experience in hybrid event management necessary
