You will also provide guidance to optimize performance while effectively managing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan daily manpower requirements to minimize overtime

• Conduct daily safety meetings with warehouse staff

• Assign tasks to drivers and warehouse workers

• Maintain delivery schedules and employee productivity statistics

• Conduct investigations into near misses and collisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field

• 3-5 years’ experience in unionized distribution

• 1-3 years in a supervisory role

• Proficient in MS Office and routing software

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
