Located in Burnaby, Binnie’s Project Delivery – Transportation and Transit Division seeks a dedicated Assistant Project Manager. You will assist experienced Project Managers by coordinating planning efforts, managing documentation, and ensuring stakeholder communication. This position requires a proactive approach to project budgeting and compliance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and document project files thoroughly
• Facilitate communication between clients and project teams
• Prepare meeting schedules and minutes efficiently
• Support project planning and budgeting processes
• Track costs and prepare project-related estimates
Requirements:
• 2+ years in civil engineering project management
• Familiarity with transportation systems is beneficial
• Required post-secondary education in a related field
• Excellent time management and communication abilities
• Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle
Contribute to transportation projects at Binnie in Burnaby with your expertise in project management.
