The Term Program Manager will report to the Director of Housing and Community Programs. This position requires extensive experience with vulnerable adult populations, particularly in shelters. You will be instrumental in planning, organizing, and directing programs that operate 24/7, promoting efficient operations and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and administer the Burnaby Shelter Program
• Oversee 24/7 operations and staffing management
• Respond to emergencies and operational issues after hours
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• Five years' experience with vulnerable populations
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Successful clearance of a criminal record check
