AECOM Environment Operations Director

In this role, you will report to the COO and partner with the Regional Business Line Leader to enhance operational strategies for the Environment sector. Key responsibilities include staff development, risk management, and financial oversight, aimed at achieving organizational growth and client satisfaction. You will also play a critical role in fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to set and monitor key performance indicators
• Champion staff mentorship and organizational improvements
• Ensure project delivery aligns with safety and quality standards
• Work alongside finance to track fiscal performance and outlook
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for operational enhancement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 12 years of experience
• At least 4 years in a leadership capacity
• Outstanding supervisory and communication skills
• Strong business acumen in the AEC industry
• Proven experience managing diverse technical teams
Lead the charge towards operational excellence within AECOM Canada’s Environment Business Line.
