In this position, you will support sales and operations associates while ensuring adherence to company policies. Your responsibilities include managing the branch in the absence of the manager, developing sales strategies, and maintaining inventory control. This role is pivotal for driving branch profitability and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage branch operations in the manager's absence
• Support procurement and inventory control processes
• Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues
• Process sales orders and manage billing accurately
• Recruit and train new associates for branch needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of wholesale distribution practices
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
