In the role of Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure optimal workforce management and operational efficiency. You'll analyze delivery schedules, track performance metrics, and instill a culture of safety within your team. This position requires hands-on leadership alongside effective communication with both warehouse staff and management to navigate challenges and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement daily manpower plans

• Manage daily operational briefings for teams

• Assign responsibilities to meet safety and service goals

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and agreements

• Conduct audits on work performance and payroll accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or logistics

• 3-5 years in food service distribution

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience

• Strong skills in using MS Office and routing systems

• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
