Cloud Program Manager

Position: Cloud Program Manager at Entrust
Entrust is hiring a Cloud Technical Program Manager based in Shakopee, Minnesota, Ottawa, Canada, or Paris, France. This role ensures effective management and execution in cloud service operations.

Bridging Entrust and cloud service providers, you’ll facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams, driving strategic initiatives to maintain service excellence in SaaS operations. With at least eight years of program management experience, you will focus on KPI tracking, risk management, and ensuring compliance across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cloud vendor relations and service agreements

• Manage programs across R&D, Security, and Customer Success

• Lead operational excellence and incident management

• Oversee third-party risk assessments and security best practices

• Communicate platform health and risks to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management

• 5+ years in cloud or SaaS operational roles

• Deep understanding of major cloud platforms

• Proven vendor management experience

• Strong executive communication skills
