Position: Housing Development Manager
Take on a key role at BC Housing as a Housing Development Manager in Burnaby, B.C. Lead initiatives aimed at delivering quality and affordable housing solutions effectively.

This full-time opportunity involves comprehensive oversight of social and mixed-market housing developments. You'll evaluate proposals, conduct contract negotiations, and guide projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and execution of housing development projects

• Evaluate housing designs and associated cost estimates

• Negotiate contracts while overseeing stakeholder performance

• Conduct risk assessments and due diligence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning or a related field

• Extensive experience in residential development

• Proven project management and negotiation capabilities
