In this hands-on role, you will support or manage branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager, helping to develop effective sales and training strategies. Responsibilities include overseeing staffing and procurement, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring all internal policies are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead branch operations when the Branch Manager is absent
• Assist with procurement, inventory, and shipping coordination
• Resolve customer complaints and approve necessary adjustments
• Train and mentor branch associates for success
• Implement HR policies effectively among staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5 years in branch management or related fields
• Proven experience in warehouse or wholesale distribution
• Certification in process improvement methodologies preferred
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Contribute to branch success by leading sales initiatives and enhancing team performance as an Assistant Manager.
