As the Services Manager at our Metropolis location, you will oversee the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio operations. Your focus will be on training, managing client interactions, and innovating service offerings. Drive performance evaluations and manage staffing to ensure every client receives top-tier service throughout their shopping journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations for the Beauty and Fragrance Studio
• Ensure efficient use of technology to elevate client services
• Organize and oversee in-store beauty events
• Foster training and development of employee skills
• Actively engage as Manager on Duty with the clientele
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in a similar managerial role
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Proven success in team leadership and talent development
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Function effectively in a fragrance-filled space
