As the Program Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Housing and Community Programs. Ideal candidates have significant experience working with vulnerable adults and a proven track record in supervision. This position includes leadership responsibilities for 24/7 operational management, addressing staffing issues, and ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines throughout your tenure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage Burnaby Shelter Program operations
• Ensure consistent staffing and service delivery
• Address emergent operational issues promptly
Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Five years' experience with homeless populations
• At least three years of supervisory experience
• Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
• Successful criminal record clearance required
Deliver effective shelter management through your experience and expertise with Progressive Housing Society.
