As an essential part of our team, you will manage branch activities when the manager is absent and assist in executing branch strategies for profitability. Your success will depend on your ability to resolve on-site issues, support inventory control, and ensure exceptional customer service. This position also emphasizes effective training and development of branch staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take charge of branch management as needed
• Coordinate inventory control and procurement activities
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Ensure timely and accurate billing for sales orders
• Interview and onboard new branch associates
Requirements:
• BS/BA in a relevant subject matter
• 5+ years of experience in operations or sales
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
• Capability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
