Join Progressive Housing Society as a Term Program Manager focused on Supportive Housing and Shelter operations. This full-time role demands leadership and operational excellence across multiple 24/7 sites in Metro Vancouver.
Reporting to the Director of Housing and Community Programs, the Term Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient program administration. Candidates should have extensive experience working with complex care needs and demonstrate capacity for supervisory roles in shelter environments. Responsibilities include managing staffing and responding to emergencies 24/7.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct planning and execution of the Burnaby Shelter Program
• Manage daily operations and personnel
• Ensure emergency response and issue resolution
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Social Work or related field preferred
• Five years of relevant experience with vulnerable adults
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory role
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Clear criminal record check required
