Reverba is in search of a Senior Manager for Recruitment Operations, a key role for candidates skilled in project management and operations. This position encompasses managing recruitment campaigns, optimizing outreach channels, and building partnerships to amplify patient experiences. You will ensure timelines and budgets are met while enhancing relationships internally and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as contact for recruitment support initiatives
• Manage recruitment campaigns from start to finish
• Oversee research for effective recruitment channels
• Collaborate with teams to launch and optimize campaigns
• Maintain relationships with vendors and partners
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in project management or recruitment
• College degree in any field
• Proficient with Excel and/or Smartsheet
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills with data confidence
