Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations and staffing of the senior centre

• Plan, develop, and implement recreational programs

• Prepare reports and monitor the centre's budget

• Train and supervise staff and volunteers

• Resolve issues and maintain effective relationships

Requirements:

• University degree in Recreation or related field

• Supervisory experience with seniors' programs

• Knowledge of community recreation principles

• Driver's License for British Columbia

• Police Information Check may be required
