Set strategic direction as the Director of Operations with AECOM for the Buildings & Places Business Line in Canada. Lead project delivery, client satisfaction, and resource management across multiple locations.
In this key leadership role, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer, working closely with the Regional Business Line Leader. Your focus will be on staff development, operational excellence, and financial management, ensuring exceptional project execution and safety standards. This role is essential for shaping the operational framework in the Design and Building industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic goals and KPIs
• Mentor a high-performing team of Operations Managers
• Ensure compliance with project delivery standards
• Lead change management initiatives across the business
• Represent AECOM at industry events and forums
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 12 years’ experience
• 4+ years in leadership roles within the industry
• Proven ability in managing large teams
• Strong business acumen in AEC operations
• PMP certification preferred
