In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the clinic performance and financial outcomes of a significant regional portfolio. You will implement business strategies, develop leadership pathways within the organization, and ensure alignment with corporate goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy implementation across clinic operations

• Own accountability for regional P&L and financial metrics

• Implement operational plans and ensure accountability

• Support director development and succession planning

• Represent 123

Dentist and engage with stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in multi-site operational leadership

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field;
Master's preferred

• Proven success in complex, large-scale operations

• Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility

• Experience in dental or healthcare sectors is an asset
