Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across corporate and franchise locations

• Monitor and improve operational KPIs for efficiency

• Support franchisees in performance and compliance

• Conduct regular check-ins with franchisees on job flow

• Create and maintain SOPs and training documentation

Requirements:

• 7+ years in operations leadership within construction or franchising

• Proven experience in managing teams and KPIs

• Strong communication across diverse teams

• Comfort in performance data management
