The ideal candidate will serve as the Aquatic Discipline Lead within AECOM's EPP Ecology and Permitting team.
Your role will emphasize ensuring high-quality project delivery, fostering technical excellence, and nurturing client relationships. You will collaborate across various disciplines to drive success and mentor junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advance technical standards for aquatic work across Canada
• Conduct project oversight and quality control reviews
• Mentor technical staff for career and skills development
• Strengthen client relationships and identify business opportunities
• Collaborate with technical leads to pursue market growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aquatics, Marine Biology, or related field
• 6+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience
• RPBio with BC’s College of Applied Biologists
• Business development experience in environmental sectors
• Valid Driver’s License for project visits
Lead and innovate in aquatic project management at AECOM while advancing ecological stewardship.
