This role entails managing daily accounting outputs, cash flow, budgeting, and improving financial processes. You will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s fiscal strategies and collaborating with the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 5+ in accounting and finance

• Manage daily financial operations and reporting

• Oversee cash flow management and budgeting

• Drive process improvements across financial practices

• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for strategic input

Requirements:

• CPA Designation required

• 10 to 15 years of progressive finance experience

• Experience in a finance leadership role

• Background in mid-size entrepreneurial firms

• Familiarity with product-oriented industries
