In this key management role, you will oversee operations such as the rental of storage units, preparation of rental agreements, and management of financial transactions. Your strength in team leadership will help ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining positive relationships with tenants. You’ll also manage site maintenance and stay informed about our product and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the rental of storage units and preparation of agreements
• Oversee financial transactions and banking processes
• Supervise maintenance operations and onsite projects

• Undertake additional tasks as required by the Company
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
• Must have current auto insurance
