This role demands extensive experience in multi-entity consolidations and financial audits. As a leader, you'll mentor a team of four finance professionals while implementing system migrations like Quick Books to a modern ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closes

• Manage multi-currency financial consolidations

• Oversee the complete accounting cycle

• Prepare reporting packages for stakeholders

• Lead annual audits and ensure tax compliance

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll and taxation

• Familiarity with multi-entity operations

• Experience in US GAAP preferred
