PHSA Hybrid Training and Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee development and deployment of communications materials

• Lead training strategy and execution across health organizations

• Collaborate with vendors and internal partners effectively

• Manage budget performance and prepare fiscal summaries

• Support the implementation of high-standard training resources

Requirements:

• Degree in communications, journalism, or related field

• Seven years of experience in a complex, multi-site environment

• Proven skills in communication and team leadership

• Ability to handle sensitive issues with tact

• Experience with training modalities advantageous
