As a Customer Program Manager, you'll lead the planning and execution of contracts while working closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct contract planning and performance management
• Maintain and document contract obligations and services
• Act as technical liaison between teams and customers

Requirements:
• Engineering degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proven project management skills in manufacturing
• Knowledge of injection molding technology and applications
• Strong negotiation and communication capabilities
• Proficient in PowerBI and Share Point
