In this crucial Operations Manager position at Selkirk Development Corporation (SDC), you will report to the CEO and oversee operations across multiple business units.
Your role will include managing property maintenance, leading teams, and ensuring the success of major capital projects. This requires excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise operations and property management activities
• Manage the execution of capital projects effectively
• Ensure safe operations and maintenance of assets
• Monitor budgets and report performance metrics
• Build relationships in Indigenous business settings
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field
• At least three years in supervisory roles
• One year of experience in capital projects
• Strong proficiency in digital tools
• Ability to travel frequently to Pelly Crossing and other locations
