Position: BC Housing Senior Manager, CAA & Shelter
Become a catalyst for change at BC Housing in Burnaby, BC as Senior Manager in charge of the CAA and Shelter programs. Lead strategic initiatives to improve homelessness services across the province.

In the role of Senior Manager, you will spearhead the management and execution of the Coordinated Access and Assessment (CAA) and Shelter program, working closely with regional teams and community stakeholders. Your expertise will be critical in shaping policies and strategies aimed at increasing shelter capacity and improving overall service delivery for the homeless population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of the CAA and Shelter initiatives

• Build partnerships with homelessness service organizations

• Identify and address existing service gaps effectively

• Oversee program budgets and financial planning

• Develop training initiatives for provincial staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required

• Proven experience in managing homelessness programs

• Extensive knowledge of community service standards

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Tier I Criminal Record Check needed
