Position: Vice President of Retail Strategy at Specsavers

As the Vice President of Retail Performance, you will be an influential leader in a dynamic environment that aims for impactful growth. This role focuses on developing strategies to improve profitability while ensuring customers receive exceptional service at all 270+ locations. You will work closely with various teams to execute strategic initiatives and performance improvement efforts across underperforming stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sustainable growth and profitability in retail locations

• Lead performance improvement programs in underperforming stores

• Partner with regional leaders to identify and remove barriers

• Develop practical tools for better commercial outcomes

• Strengthen reporting and performance management processes

Requirements:
