Burnaby Christian Pentecostal Church is seeking for a Lead pastor who is spiritually mature, deeply rooted in the Word of God, and led by the Holy Spirit. This individual should feel a strong calling from God to be part of this church to provide leadership and discipleship to our bilingual congregation.
The Lead Pastor has to understand the dynamic and culture of the different generations and be able to foster unity in the church. This Lead Pastor will provide spiritual oversight and leadership, guiding the church in fulfilling its mission. This role involves collaboration with the church board and ministry teams, providing overall executive and pastoral leadership to ensure the growth and health of BCPC.
